We believe only the King James Bible is God’s Word for English speaking people, and contains no errors. (Ps. 12:6,7 Isa. 40:8, etc.)

We believe all Scripture was given by inspiration of God, and that God also promised to preserve His Word. Divine inspiration is of no value to Christians without God's promise of preservation. (Ps. 12:6,7 Isaiah 40:8)

We believe in a Holy Trinity. 1 John 5:7

We believe the church is the pillar and ground of the truth (ITim. 3:15), not Bible college.

We believe God spoke creation into existence in six, literal, 24-hour days, and rested on the seventh day. (Gen. 1:1-2:3)

We believe in the eternal security of the believer (once saved, always saved, John 10:28).

We believe mankind fell from the good favor of the Lord, damned by his sin, to be separated from the glory of God, tormented eternally in hell and ultimately in the lake of fire. (Rom 3:23, Rev. 20:14,15)

We believe God subjected Himself to take on human flesh (Jesus Christ) and to be born of a virgin, to live a perfect life, and to fulfill Old Testament law in order to die on the cross and offer His blood as atonement for the sins of mankind. (Isa.7:14, John 1:14, 3:18)

We believe that Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross is the only way for man to be redeemed back to God. (1Cor 1:18; Eph. 2:16)

We believe that only those who receive this grace by invocation, in full trust of the afore mentioned will receive a pardon for sin. (That salvation is by grace through faith. Being born again by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ is the only requirement for salvation.) (Rom. 6:23; Eph. 2:8,9; Titus 3:5)

We believe that God commands such believers to be baptized, of course, in full immersion. (Acts 2:41;Rom 6:4;Col. 2:12)

Upon such profession of faith and baptism an individual may upon their request become a full-fledged church member, barring exceptions (example: age, egregious sin such as sodomy). Candidates under 18 years old are considered honorary members until they reach 18 years old. At which maturation, their status shall move from honorary member to member, barring exceptions.

Glory Baptist Church reserves the right to discipline it’s members up to and including expulsion from membership, in respect to keeping a good testimony.

We believe that Jesus Christ shall catch away(rapture) all born-again believers anytime to reside in heaven with Him. Following this occurrence shall a 7-year tribulation period commence.  At the end of the 7-year tribulation period, another "gathering" of the saints. There shall be a battle at Megiddo, where the Lord shall destroy the armies of the earth. Christ shall then set up His kingdom for a one thousand year peaceful millennium reign. For sake of time and space, we shall mention that He shall create a new heaven and a new earth, where the redeemed shall live with Him for eternity. (more info on the Q&A section under 2 Raptures) 

We believe only in the local church and not in a universal church. (Heb.10:25) 

We reject Baptist Bride doctrine (Heb. 10:25;1Cor. 1:1;2Tim 2:15,etc.)

We reject the teaching of Calvinism and believe that God wants everyone to be saved. (2Peter 3:9)

We believe that life begins at conception (fertilization) and reject all forms of abortion including surgical abortion, "morning-after" pills, IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), birth control pills, and all other processes that end life after conception. (Ex. 20:13; Deut.5:17; Judges 16:17;Job 31:15;Isa.44:2.49:1;etc.)

We believe that as Believers we are to live holy, separated lives. We are not to be entangled with worldly pleasures. We are to look forward to His appearing, blessed hope. (Lev 11:45;19:2; 1Pet 1:15,16;Matt.5:48; Rom.6:18; etc.) 

We believe the pastor is the spiritual authority of the church under Jesus, and fully leads the spiritual program of the church. The church is a democracy concerning budgets. (Hebrews 13:7,17,24; Ephesians 4:11; Acts 20:17,28-31; 1Timothy 3:5,6; Titus 1:7)
